Das Team HR Business Advisors (HRBA) der Zürcher Kantonalbank begleitet und unterstützt Führungskräfte in allen Führungs- und HR-Themen sowie -Prozessen entlang des gesamten Mitarbeitendenlebenszyklus (z.B. Onboarding, Performance Management, Compensation, Offboarding). Im Rahmen einer gezielten Weiterentwicklung werden Prozesse und Arbeitsweisen im HRBA-Umfeld überarbeitet und optimiert. Ziel ist es, Prozesse end-to-end zu überprüfen, zu optimieren und zu dokumentieren sowie geeignete Vorlagen und technische Unterstützungsmöglichkeiten gezielt einzusetzen, um Führungspersonen künftig noch wirkungsvoller zu unterstützen. In deiner Rolle gestaltest du diese Weiterentwicklung aktiv mit.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Systematisches Strukturieren, dokumentieren und standardisieren der bestehenden Prozesse (inkl. Rollen und Verantwortlichkeiten)
  • Überprüfen der Prozesse und Dokumente hinsichtlicharbeitsrechtlicher Anforderungen, interner Richtlinien, Datenschutz und Verständlichkeit
  • Erarbeiten von Vorlagen, Checklisten und Inhalten mit einheitlichen Formulierungen, die den oben erwähnten Anforderungen entsprechen
  • Enges Zusammenarbeiten mit den HRBAs und Legal
  • Unterstützen beim Aufbau einer strukturierten Ablage und Versionieren der Prozesse und Vorlagen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium, vorzugsweise im Bereich Human Resources, Arbeitsrecht, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Erste Berufserfahrung oder Praktika in der HR-Administration oder in einem vergleichbar prozessorientierten Umfeld von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative sowie die Bereitschaft, Ideen einzubringen und Optimierungsmöglichkeiten aufzuzeigen
  • Interesse und Grundverständnis für Prozessarbeit (z.B. aus Studium, Weiterbildung oder Projekterfahrung); idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit Prozessdokumentation
  • Grundkenntnisse im Schweizer Arbeitsrecht und Datenschutz oder hohe Bereitschaft, sich rasch und eigenständig zu vertiefen
  • Hohe Affinität zu Struktur, Regeln und Genauigkeit sowie Freude daran, Ordnung und Klarheit in Prozesse und Dokumente zu bringen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
