Als Teamleiter:in Privatkunden begeisterst du unsere Kundschaft in der Region Küsnacht und Zumikon und entwickelst deine Mitarbeitenden weiter. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team prägst du das Kundenerlebnis in unseren Filialen und übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Kundinnen und Kunden im Segment Privatkunden.

Du förderst eine kundenorientierte Verkaufs- und Beratungskultur und motivierst dein Team zu Höchstleistungen. Dein Team begrüsst alle Besucherinnen und Besucher der Filialen und ist für die Beratung und Entwicklung unserer Privatkundschaft zuständig.

Neben der ganzheitlichen Beratung in den Bereichen Vorsorge, Zahlen, Sparen und Anlegen - mit einem besonderen Fokus auf das Alltagsbanking und den systematischen Vermögensaufbau - erkennst du gemeinsam mit deinem Team weitergehende Kundenbedürfnisse und leitest gezielt Vermittlungen an Spezialist:innen ein.

Deine Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben

  • Führung, Förderung und Entwicklung deiner Mitarbeitenden (Team von 9-10 Mitarbeitenden an den Standorten Küsnacht und Zumikon)
  • Sicherstellen einer qualitativ hochwertigen Ausbildung und Begleitung der Mitarbeitenden und Young Talents
  • Aktives Führen und Begleiten von Vertriebs- und Marktbearbeitungskampagnen in den Regionen Küsnacht und Zumikon
  • Beratung von Privatkundinnen und Privatkunden in den Bereichen Zahlen (Konto- und Kartensortiment), Sparen, Anlegen und Vorsorgen
  • Erkennen des Kundenpotenzials, Erfassen der Kundenbedürfnisse und Ausarbeiten passender Lösungen
  • Begleiten unserer Kundschaft in die digitale Welt (E-Banking, Mobile Banking, digitale Services) und die Selbstbedienung (Automatenzone)
  • Akquisition von Neukundinnen und Neukunden sowie Erkennen und Vermitteln weitergehender Kundenbedürfnisse an interne Fachspezialist:innen
  • Abwicklung von Bargeldverkehr, Geldwechsel und Edelmetallgeschäften in der Filiale
  • Ressourcen- und Einsatzplanung für dein Team

Dein Profil

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Bankfachausbildung oder gleichwertige Ausbildung sowie abgeschlossene oder laufende Weiterbildung (z.B. Bachelor in Banking & Finance, HF Betriebswirtschaft o.Ä.)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb in der Bankbranche, erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Verkaufs- und Dienstleistungsorientierung mit Freude an der aktiven Kundenberatung
  • Begeisterung für Führung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung von Menschen
  • Vertrauensvolle, kommunikative und empathische Persönlichkeit, die gut ins regionale Umfeld von Küsnacht und Zumikon passt
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation, Selbstverantwortung und ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent
  • Gepflegtes, sicheres Auftreten und sehr gute Umgangsformen
