Rejoins le secteur Sinistres, au sein de l'équipe Sinistres complexes, et contribue activement à l'évolution de Zurich Suisse. En tant que spécialiste sinistres complexes Choses et Responsabilité civile, tu joues un rôle clé dans l'analyse, la gestion et le règlement de dossiers complexes. Tu évalues les couvertures d'assurance, coordonnes les échanges avec les parties prenantes internes et externes et trouves des solutions adaptées. Par ton expertise et ton sens du service, tu contribues directement à la satisfaction de nos clients. \\Tes missions\\ \* Gestion et règlement de dossiers de sinistres complexes \<\< Choses et Responsabilité civile \>\> pour les assurances privées et entreprises \* Analyse des réclamations et détermination des couvertures applicables \* Communication transparente et efficace avec les clients tout au long du traitement des sinistres \* Négociation avec les avocats, les lésés, les autres assureurs et les autres parties concernées \* Traitement et mise en œuvre des recours \\Ton profil\\ \* CFC d'employé·e de commerce ou formation équivalente \* Au moins cinq ans d'expérience dans la gestion de sinistres Choses et Responsabilité civile, en tant que gestionnaire ou inspecteur·trice de sinistres \* Forte orientation client, excellentes aptitudes relationnelles et très bonnes capacités rédactionnelles \* Autonomie, flexibilité et esprit d'équipe \* Excellente maîtrise du français, la connaissance d'une autre langue nationale constitue un atout \\Bon à savoir\\ Temps partiel ou temps plein : 80 \\- 100% Entrée en fonction : dès le Déplacements professionnels : Aucun déplacement requis Travail hybride : jusqu'à 40% \\Tout savoir sur ta candidature\\ Dans un premier temps, tu peux postuler directement en ligne.
