Begeistert es dich, komplexe Kostentreiber zu verstehen, aussagekräftige Entscheidungsgrundlagen zu schaffen und Finanzprozesse durch Digitalisierung und Automatisierung kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln?

Als Senior Financial Controller verstärkst du bei Zurich Schweiz unser Finance\-Team und übernimmst eine zentrale im Kostencontrolling unserer Versicherungs\- und Vorsorgelösungen. Du analysierst die Kostenentwicklung, verantwortest Planungs\- und Forecasting\-Prozesse und unterstützt unsere Reporting\-Teams sowie Produktverantwortlichen als kompetenter Finance Business Partner. Mit deinem analytischen Blick und deiner Eigeninitiative schaffst du Transparenz, identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und leistest einen wichtigen Beitrag zur effizienten finanziellen Steuerung unseres Geschäfts.

Das erwartet dich

  • Du analysierst und kommentierst die monatliche und quartalsweise Kostenentwicklung unserer Versicherungs\- und Vorsorgeprodukte und bereitest die Ergebnisse adressatengerecht auf.
  • Du verantwortest die Budgetierung, mittelfristige Finanzplanung und das regelmässige Forecasting der Segment\- und Produktkosten, analysierst Abweichungen und leitest konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab.
  • Du agierst als Finance Business Partner für Reporting\-Teams und Produktverantwortliche, hinterfragst Kostentreiber und unterstützt fundierte finanzielle Entscheidungen.
  • Du entwickelst aussagekräftige Reports, Dashboards und datenbasierte Analysen weiter und treibst die Standardisierung sowie Automatisierung unserer Controlling\-Prozesse voran.
  • Du wirkst aktiv an bereichsübergreifenden Projekten und Initiativen mit und bringst innovative Ideen zur Verbesserung unserer Finanzsysteme, Datenqualität und Kostensteuerung ein.

Das zeichnet dich aus

  • Fachhochschul\- oder Universitätsabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Finance, Controlling oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung; weiterführende Qualifikationen von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Financial Controlling, Financial Planning \& Analysis oder Kostenmanagement, idealerweise im Versicherungs\- oder Finanzdienstleistungsumfeld
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, Verständnis komplexer finanzieller Zusammenhänge und Fähigkeit, Zahlen in verständliche, entscheidungsorientierte Empfehlungen zu übersetzen
  • Sehr gute Excel\-Kenntnisse, idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP, Power BI, Anaplan oder vergleichbaren Reporting\- und Planungslösungen sowie Interesse an Automatisierung und digitalen Technologien
  • Eigeninitiative, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch
