- Monitor engineering progress and communicate project status, risks, and critical issues to project leadership.
- Facilitate communication between engineering disciplines, procurement, construction, vendors, and client stakeholders.
- Review engineering deliverables for completeness, quality, and alignment with project objectives.
- Assist with development of project schedules and resource plans and support schedule recovery efforts when required.
- Participate in client meetings, design reviews, constructability reviews, and project status meetings.
- Support preparation of cost estimates, change orders, and contract modifications.
- Track project performance, identify scope changes, and assist with management of project risks and opportunities.
- Coordinate engineering support during procurement, fabrication, construction, commissioning, and startup activities.
- Assist with project documentation, progress reporting, meeting minutes, action item tracking, and closeout activities.
- Support quality management processes and ensure project deliverables comply with client and company requirements.
- Travel periodically to client sites, manufacturing facilities, and project locations as required.
