Estamos trabalhando para Clínica de Dermatologia de alto padrão localizada em Manaus/AM à busca de profissional para a vaga de GESTORA GERAL com forte drive comercial.

Buscamos uma liderança estratégica para gerenciar operações, equipe, processos e acompanhamento de metas e conversão comercial, garantindo a excelência no atendimento e na experiência do paciente.

Regime: PJ Remuneração fixa mensal + Bonus por metas

Horário: Segunda a Sexta, das 10h às 20h (com disponibilidade eventual aos sábados para treinamentos ou eventos).

Principais entregas:

  • Gestão Operacional e de Processos: Coordenar o funcionamento diário da clínica, garantindo a integração entre os setores e mapeando, padronizando e otimizando os processos internos.
  • Gestão de Pessoas e Liderança: Conduzir processos de recrutamento, integração, treinamentos, avaliações de desempenho, aplicação de feedbacks e desenvolvimento de lideranças intermediárias.
  • Acompanhamento Comercial: Monitorar indicadores, metas, produtividade, funil de CRM, campanhas e a jornada de atendimento e reativação de pacientes, integrando os setores de Marketing, Comercial e Atendimento.
  • Experiência do Paciente: Assegurar que todos os pontos de contato da jornada do paciente estejam rigorosamente alinhados aos padrões de excelência da clínica.
  • Gestão Financeira e Administrativa: Acompanhar indicadores financeiros, faturamento, despesas, controle de estoque, compras e custos operacionais, fornecendo suporte gerencial para a tomada de decisão da Diretoria.
  • Gestão de Projetos e Metas: Coordenar projetos estratégicos definidos pela Diretoria, assegurando o cumprimento de prazos, cronogramas e entregas de resultados.
