The posting

Opis posla:

  • Vođenje i usklađivanje svih poslova zaštite na radu (ZNR), zaštite od požara (ZOP) te zaštite okoliša (ZO) na gradilištima i u sjedištu tvrtke.
  • Implementacija i održavanje ISO standarda: Aktivno sudjelovanje u primjeni i provođenju sustava upravljanja kvalitetom, okolišem te zdravljem i sigurnošću na radu (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 i ISO 45001).
  • Upravljanje zaštitom okoliša u graditeljstvu: Vođenje evidencija o građevinskom i opasnom otpadu (e-ONTO), izrada planova gospodarenja otpadom za gradilišta te podnošenje zakonskih izvješća (ROO).
  • Izrada i ažuriranje Procjene rizika, planova izvođenja radova, internih akata, pravilnika i uputa iz područja EHS-a.
  • Provođenje osposobljavanja radnika za rad na siguran način, postupanje u slučaju izvanrednih događaja i ekoloških incidenata na gradilištu.
  • Vođenje propisanih evidencija, izrada uputnica za liječničke preglede te prijava ozljeda na radu
  • Redoviti obilasci gradilišta i proizvodnih pogona RJ, nadzor nad primjenom pravila ZNR-a, ekoloških standarda te kontrola pravilnog korištenja osobne zaštitne opreme (OZO).
  • Suradnja s inspekcijskim tijelima (inspekcija rada, inspekcija zaštite okoliša), medicinom rada, investitorima te koordinatorima zaštite na radu.

Uvjeti:

  • Visoka ili viša stručna sprema (VSS / VŠS) – građevinski, tehnički, tehnološki ili drugi odgovarajući smjer
  • Položen stručni ispit za stručnjaka zaštite na radu (opći i posebni dio / poželjno koordinator II).
  • Položen stručni ispit / provjera znanja iz područja zaštite okoliša (gospodarenje otpadom).
  • Izvrsno poznavanje i iskustvo u radu s integriranim sustavima upravljanja prema ISO 9001, ISO 14001 i ISO 45001.
  • Radno iskustvo: Minimalno 5 godina na istim ili sličnim poslovima (prednost je iskustvo u građevinskom sektoru).
  • Poznavanje zakonskih propisa RH iz područja graditeljstva, ZNR-a, ZOP-a i zaštite okoliša.
  • Vozačka dozvola: B kategorija (aktivni vozač zbog obilaska gradilišta).
  • Visoka razina odgovornosti, izvrsne komunikacijske i organizacijske vještine za rad s terenskim timovima.
  • Poznavanje rada u MS Office paketu;
  • Aktivno znanje engleskog jezika u govoru i pismu;
