Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung professioneller Zahnreinigungen und Weitergabe Ihres Fachwissens an das Team
  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung Ihrer Patientinnen und Patienten mit Blick auf zahnmedizinische Auffälligkeiten (z. B. Karies)
  • Einfühlsame Beratung zu Mundhygiene, Prophylaxe und Zahnreinigung
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit dem zahnärztlichen Team zur optimalen Behandlungsplanung und Patientenbegleitung
  • Dokumentation und Kommunikation relevanter Befunde an die behandelnden Zahnärztinnen und Zahnärzte

Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zahnmedizinische Fachangestellte (ZFA) mit Weiterbildung zur ZMP oder DH
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Dentalhygiene; erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Teamorientierung und die Bereitschaft, Kolleginnen und Kollegen aktiv zu unterstützen
  • Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie ein geduldiger und wertschätzender Umgang mit Patientinnen, Patienten und dem Team
  • Hohe Service- und Patientenorientierung sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
