Aufgaben:

  • Mit Ihrem freundlichen Wesen sorgen Sie für einen positiven ersten Eindruck, wenn die Patient*innen die Praxis betreten
  • Das Terminmanagement steuern Sie mithilfe der Praxissoftware Charly und Sie unterstützen bei der Dokumentenverwaltung
  • Für die Anliegen der Patient*innen haben Sie immer ein offenes Ohr
  • Sie betreuen sämtliche Kommunikationskanäle der Praxis: Telefon, E-Mail, Post
  • Sie packen mit an, wenn Ihre Kolleg*innen eine helfende Hand benötigen

Profil:

  • Sie besitzen Erfahrung am Empfang einer Zahnarztpraxis oder an der Rezeption in einer anderen Branche – z.B. der Hotellerie
  • Patient*innen begegnen Sie stets freundlich und mit einer großen Portion Empathie
  • Aufgrund Ihrer strukturierten und zuverlässigen Arbeitsweise sind Sie in der Lage, mehrere Aufgaben parallel zu bearbeiten
  • Sie sind während der Praxis-Öffnungszeiten flexibel einsetzbar
  • Im Optimalfall bringen Sie verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse mit
