Aufgaben:

  • Mit Ihrem freundlichen Wesen sorgen Sie für einen positiven ersten Eindruck, wenn die Patient*innen die Praxis betreten
  • Das Terminmanagement steuern Sie mithilfe der Praxissoftware und Sie unterstützen bei der Dokumentationsverwaltung
  • Für die Anliegen der Patient*innen haben Sie immer ein offenes Ohr
  • Zusätzlich nehmen Sie im Bedarfsfall auch aktiv an der Behandlung teil, indem Sie Attachments und Retainer befestigen, den Intraoralscanner nutzen und die Behandlungsbögen wechseln.

Profil:

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als ZFA (m/w/d) und bringen entsprechende Berufserfahrung in der Kieferorthopädie mit
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Verwaltung sind von Vorteil
  • Patient*innen begegnen Sie stets freundlich und empathisch
  • Sie sind ein Organisationstalent und behalten den Überblick, auch wenn viele Patient*innen gleichzeitig Ihre Aufmerksamkeit benötigen
