Aufgaben:

  • Empfang und Betreuung unserer Patient*innen vor Ort und am Telefon
  • Terminvergabe und -koordination sowie Praxisorganisation
  • Verwaltung und Pflege der Patientenstammdaten
  • Unterstützung bei administrativen Abläufen und Abrechnungsvorbereitung
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Praxisablaufs am Empfang
  • Kommunikation mit Patient*innen, Krankenkassen und externen Partnern
  • Bearbeitung von E-Mails und allgemeinen Anfragen
  • Einhaltung von Datenschutz- und Qualitätsstandards

Profil:

  • Freundliches, serviceorientiertes Auftreten und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Empfangsbereich oder in einer Zahnarztpraxis
  • Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und ein sicheres Auftreten
