Aufgaben:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung kinderzahnärztlicher Behandlungen – mit fachlicher Kompetenz und einem sicheren Gespür für die Bedürfnisse von Kindern
  • Diagnose, Therapieplanung und umfassende Beratung von Eltern und Kindern – verständlich, einfühlsam und vertrauensbildend
  • Altersgerechte, empathische Betreuung unserer kleinen Patientinnen und Patienten – mit dem Ziel, Ängste abzubauen und positive Behandlungserfahrungen zu schaffen
  • Durchführung präventiver Maßnahmen (z. B. Prophylaxe, Individualprophylaxe) – für eine nachhaltige Zahngesundheit von Anfang an
  • Anwendung moderner Behandlungskonzepte, einschließlich Lachgas-Sedierung und ggf. Behandlungen in ITN – stets mit höchstem Qualitätsanspruch
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit im Team – für einen optimal abgestimmten Behandlungsablauf und eine ganzheitliche Versorgung

Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Zahnmedizin mit deutscher Approbation
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern sowie Einfühlungsvermögen und Geduld
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung in der Kinderzahnheilkunde (kein Muss)
  • Freundliche, klare Kommunikation mit Kindern und Eltern
  • Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist und Zuverlässigkeit
