Aufgaben:

  • Mit Ihrem freundlichen Wesen sorgen Sie für einen positiven ersten Eindruck, wenn die Patient*innen die Praxis betreten
  • Das Terminmanagement steuern Sie mithilfe der Praxissoftware charly und Sie unterstützen bei der Dokumentationsverwaltung
  • Für die Anliegen der Patient*innen haben Sie immer ein offenes Ohr

Profil:

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als ZFA (m/w/d) oder Hotelfachfrau / Hotelfachmann (m/w/d) und bringen entsprechende Berufserfahrung mit
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Verwaltung sowie in der Praxissoftware charly sind von Vorteil
  • Patient*innen begegnen Sie stets freundlich und empathisch
  • Sie sind ein Organisationstalent und behalten den Überblick, auch wenn viele Patient*innen gleichzeitig Ihre Aufmerksamkeit benötigen
  • Sie besitzen sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
