Aufgaben:

  • Sie organisieren und steuern den Praxisalltag gemeinsam im Leitungsteam und begleiten aktiv strukturelle Weiterentwicklungen
  • Sie sind zentrale Ansprechperson für das Team und verantworten das gesamte Personalmanagement (inkl. Recruiting und Arbeitszeiten)
  • Sie übernehmen betriebswirtschaftliche Aufgaben wie Budgetplanung und Praxissteuerung
  • Sie koordinieren die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern
  • Sie entwickeln das Qualitätsmanagement kontinuierlich weiter
  • Sie tragen gemeinsam mit der zahnärztlichen Leitung die Verantwortung für das Praxismanagement vor Ort

Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als ZFA (m/w/d) mit Weiterbildung im Praxismanagement oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise Zusatzkenntnisse im Qualitätsmanagement
  • Zahlenaffinität und betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
  • Empathische, strukturierte und kooperative Führungspersönlichkeit mit hoher Zuverlässigkeit
