Aufgaben:

  • Du betreust, pflegst und entwickelst unser Qualitätsmanagementsystem kontinuierlich weiter und sorgst für die Einhaltung relevanter gesetzlicher Vorgaben
  • Du erstellst und aktualisierst Prozessbeschreibungen, Arbeitsanweisungen sowie QM-Dokumentationen und unterstützt bei der Optimierung interner Abläufe
  • Du planst, koordinierst und begleitest interne sowie externe Audits und leitest daraus Verbesserungsmaßnahmen ab
  • Du schulst und unterstützt unsere Mitarbeitenden in QM-relevanten Themen und arbeitest dabei eng mit der Praxisleitung, den Teamleitungen und der Hygienebeauftragten zusammen

Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als ZFA (m/w/d)
  • Idealerweise Weiterbildung im Qualitätsmanagement sowie praktische Erfahrung im QM-Bereich einer Zahnarztpraxis oder im Gesundheitswesen
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit einem Blick für effiziente Prozesse
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationsgeschick und Freude daran, Veränderungen aktiv mitzugestalten
  • Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
