In dieser Rolle bist du die zentrale Ansprechperson für das Controlling unserer MVZs und unterstützt aktiv das regionale Management bei fundierten Entscheidungen.

Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung und Controlling aller zugeordneten MVZs in deiner Region
  • Erstellung von Budgets, Forecasts und Analysen für die regionalen Standorte
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Regionalleitung und Praxismanagement als Business Partner auf Augenhöhe
  • Analyse von Plan-/Ist-Abweichungen sowie Erstellung von Monats- und Ad-hoc-Reportings
  • Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen für die Optimierung der wirtschaftlichen Performance
  • Weiterentwicklung der regionalen Controlling-Instrumente und Mitwirkung bei Projekten zur Prozessverbesserung

Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling/Finanzen
  • Erfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise im Dental/Gesundheitswesen oder im Multi-Standort-Umfeld
  • Hohe Zahlenaffinität, unternehmerisches Denken und Freude an komplexen Analysen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Excel sowie Erfahrung mit Planungs-/BI-Systemen (z. B. LucaNet)
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Reisebereitschaft und Hands-on-Mentalität
