Aufgaben:

  • Strategie mit Wirkung: Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit uns eine kreative und ästhetische Social-Media-Strategie, die unsere Marke stärkt und unsere Reichweite gezielt ausbaut, und setzt die abgestimmten Inhalte eigenständig um
  • Kanäle mit Leben füllen: Du betreust unsere Social-Media-Accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & Co.), planst Inhalte und bist am Puls der Zielgruppe
  • Content Creation & Storytelling: Du produzierst authentischen Content (Reels/TikToks, Posts, Story-Formate, Testimonials) – von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung
  • Postproduktion inklusive: Schnitt, Text, Musik – du bearbeitest deine Inhalte eigenständig und gibst ihnen den Feinschliff
  • Planung & Koordination: Du erstellst kleine Kampagnen, arbeitest mit dem Team zusammen und behältst Timings sowie Themenpläne im Blick

Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes oder laufendes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien, Journalismus oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang – alternativ eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Social Media, Content Creation oder Online-Marketing – idealerweise in einem kreativen oder dienstleistungsorientierten Umfeld
  • Du verstehst, wie Social Media funktioniert, inklusive Algorithmen, Zielgruppen & Trends
  • Du kannst Social Media KPIs wie Reichweite, Engagement oder Conversion interpretieren und daraus Handlungsempfehlungen ableiten
  • Du findest moderne Zahnmedizin spannend und entwickelst gerne kreative Ideen, um Inhalte rund um Ästhetik und Gesundheit ansprechend darzustellen
  • Du bist selbstständig, organisiert und hast ein gutes Gespür für Design, Sprache und Storytelling
