Aufgaben:

  • Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung der Zahnarztpraxis
  • Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung hoher Behandlungsstandards
  • Eigenständige Behandlung mit Fokus auf Qualität und Patientenorientierung
  • Mitgestaltung von Praxisprozessen und strategischer Weiterentwicklung

Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Zahnmedizin mit deutscher Approbation in Verbindung mit einer Promotion
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der allgemeinen Zahnheilkunde
  • Erste Führungserfahrung oder klare Motivation, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Hoher Qualitätsanspruch sowie ausgeprägte Patientenorientierung
  • Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und unternehmerisches Denken
