Aufgaben:

  • Fachwissen teilen: Als Spezialist*in für Zahnreinigung gibst du gerne dein Wissen an das Team weiter
  • Patientenbetreuung: Selbstständig betreust du deine Patient*innen, erkennst zahnmedizinische Probleme wie Karies und gibst diese an die behandelnden Zahnärzt*innen weiter
  • Beratung: Einfühlsam berätst du zu den Themen Mundhygiene und Zahnreinigung·
  • Teamarbeit: Im Austausch mit dem zahnärztlichen Team wählst du passende Behandlungsmethoden und begleitest die Patient*innen

Profil:

  • Ausbildung: Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als ZFA mit Weiterbildung zur ZMP; Alternativ hast du als ZFA erste Berufserfahrung in der Prophylaxe mit dem Wunsch dich zu Entwickeln
  • Teamplayer: Gegenseitige Unterstützung im Team ist für dich selbstverständlich
  • Eigenständigkeit: Du arbeitest eigenständig und bist geduldig im Umgang mit Kolleg*innen und Patient*innen
  • Motivation und Freude: Eigeninitiative und Begeisterung zeichnen dich bei deiner Arbeit in der Prophylaxe aus und du legst Wert auf ein strukturiertes und harmonisches Arbeitsumfeld
