Responsibilities:

  • Lead the BD team and ensure achievement of business targets.
  • Drive corporate acquisition for Payroll and Payment Gateway services.
  • Monitor team performance, KPIs, and sales pipeline.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
  • Support deal negotiations, closure, and client onboarding.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful go-live.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in FinTech, digital payments, or banking.
  • Previous experience leading BD or sales teams.
  • Knowledge of Payroll and Payment Gateway solutions.
  • Strong KPI, CRM, and performance reporting skills.
  • Experience using AI and reporting tools.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Ability to manage client onboarding and go-live.
