المهام والمسؤوليات :

1. مراجعة جميع الكتب المستلمة وإدارة ملكيتها مع الفريق (أي تحديد من يتولى كل رسالة).

2. التأكد من أن الرسائل تُرسل بالشكل والطريقة والعمليات الصحيحة، وأنها تُؤرشف بشكل مناسب.

3. ضمان إجراء المتابعات الصحيحة عند الحاجة مع الأطراف الأخرى (مثل البنك المركزي العراقي – CBI).

4. دعم المدير في الإشراف على موظفي الوحدة.

5. تقديم التوعية والتدريب اللازم والمستمر لفريق الامتثال.

6. إعداد خطط المراجعة الخاصة بالامتثال وفقًا لنهج قائم على المخاطر

7. التأكد من تطبيق وتنفيذ الإجراءات أو التعليمات الجديدة خلال المدة المحددة وبالتنسيق مع أصحاب العلاقة الداخليين.

8. تصعيد أو الإبلاغ عن أي مخالفات في التعليمات أو الرسائل أو أي تأخير في تطبيق الأنظمة الجديدة إلى مدير الامتثال.

9. إعداد التقارير الشهرية الخاصة بالبنك المركزي العراقي وبفريق الامتثال وإرسالها إلى مدير الامتثال للمراجعة والمصادقة.

10. حضور الاجتماعات التي يعقدها البنك المركزي العراقي والمتعلقة بممارسات الامتثال.

11. المتابعة المستمرة لقنوات التواصل الخاصة بالبنك المركزي العراقي (مثل وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والموقع الإلكتروني) لتحديد أي إجراءات لازمة من طرفنا.

12. مراجعة سياسات وإجراءات الشركة لضمان توافقها مع القوانين والمعايير واللوائح.

Requirements

المتطلبات: 1. يجب أن يكون عمر المرشح 25 عاما على الأقل.

2. أن يكون المدير حاصلاً على إحدى الشهادات الجامعية الأولية في: (الاقتصاد، الإدارة العامة، الإدارة المالية، المحاسبة، العلوم المالية والمصرفية، الإحصاء، إدارة الجودة، القانون، اقتصاديات الأعمال/إدارة المصارف، الاستثمار والموارد، أو الرقابة المحاسبية والمالية

3. أن يمتلك خبرة في المجالات المالية أو المصرفية أو الرقابية أو الدفع الإلكتروني لا تقل عن سنتان

4. أن يكون حاصلاً على إحدى الشهادتين المهنيتين التاليتين: CCM او CCO
