Wspomaganie i zastępowanie naczelnika wydziału w kierowaniu oraz organizowaniu działalności wydziału, w szczególności w nadzorze nad: - systematycznym i bieżącym patrolowaniem pasa drogowego, chodników, ścieżek rowerowych, - bieżącym wykonywaniem napraw nawierzchni dróg i utrzymaniem ich w należytym stanie, - prowadzeniem robót zgodnie z projektem, prawem budowlanym i innymi obowiązującymi przepisami oraz właściwym ich rozliczaniem, - przestrzeganiem dyscypliny technologicznej poprzez ustalanie i monitorowanie wewnętrznych systemów kontroli, - przestrzeganiem dyscypliny pracy podległych pracowników, przestrzeganiem przez nich przepisów bhp i p.poż. oraz wewnętrznych regulacji i przyjętych zasad.

wykształcenie - wyższe (w tym licencjat) zawód - Naczelnik / kierownik wydziału język obcy - polski, w mowie: B2 - wyższy średnio zaawansowany, w piśmie: B2 - wyższy średnio zaawansowany uprawnienie - Prawo jazdy kat. B - kreatywność, operatywność, umiejętność zarządzania personelem, dyspozycyjność, elastyczność, - gotowość do pracy w wybrane weekendy, - prawo jazdy kat. B, - uprawnienia budowlane określone na podstawie ustawy prawo budowlane, - znajomość regulacji prawnych z zakresu: prawa budowlanego, ustawy o drogach publicznych, ustawy o finansach publicznych, prawa pracy, - doświadczenie zawodowe: min. 4-letni staż pracy, - mile widziane 2-letnie doświadczenie zawodowe w prowadzeniu robót związanych z budową, przebudową lub remontem dróg oraz 1 rok doświadczenia w zarządzaniu zespołem pracowników, praktyczna znajomość specyfiki pracy w środowisku silnie zurbanizowanym (miejskim), - znajomość języka polskiego na poziomie komunikatywnym.
