Sobre a oportunidade:

Desenvolver e desdobrar peças digitais a partir de templates, sistemas visuais, peças-mãe e direcionamentos previamente definidos.

Criar adaptações para CRM, mídia, marketplaces, e-commerce e outros canais digitais.

Aplicar corretamente componentes, bibliotecas, grids e padrões existentes no Figma.

Adaptar layouts para diferentes formatos, proporções, produtos, mensagens e necessidades de canal.

Trabalhar com múltiplas demandas simultâneas, mantendo organização, qualidade e velocidade.

Interpretar briefings e identificar corretamente quais assets, templates e referências devem ser utilizados.

Garantir consistência visual entre diferentes peças e canais.

Realizar ajustes de imagens, textos, produtos e composições sem descaracterizar o sistema criativo aprovado.

Organizar arquivos e entregáveis de forma clara, facilitando continuidade e colaboração.

Identificar quando uma demanda cabe no sistema existente e quando precisa ser escalada para alguém mais sênior.

Incorporar feedbacks com agilidade e autonomia crescente.

Apoiar a evolução dos templates e sistemas a partir de dificuldades percebidas durante a execução.

Vai nos encantar se você tem:

Formação em Design, Publicidade e Propaganda, Comunicação Visual ou áreas correlatas.

Conhecimento de Figma, com familiaridade em componentes, bibliotecas, templates e organização de arquivos.

Conhecimento de Photoshop e Illustrator para ajustes, composição e finalização de peças.

Conhecimento na criação para canais digitais, como CRM, mídia, marketplace, e-commerce e landing pages.

Conhecimento básico de formatos digitais, proporções, especificações e boas práticas de aplicação.

Conhecimento básico em identidade visual, hierarquia, tipografia, composição e tratamento de imagem.

Conhecimento básico em com ferramentas de IA aplicadas à criação e ganho de produtividade.
