We are looking for a Full time Retail Associate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage stock inventory to ensure store sales are met
  • Perform price labelling and replenishment of merchandise on the shelves
  • Source and analyse information to gain knowledge on merchandise under your care
  • Operate the POS cash register, handle various modes of payments, and pack customer's purchases
  • Provide gift wrapping services to customers when required
  • Communicate with Chinese-speaking customers and assist them with their needs
  • Carry out any duties pertaining to in-store promotions and events
  • Perform stocktaking exercises to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Any other duties assigned by the Manager

Requirements

  • N/O Level , Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English
  • Energetic, customer-centric oriented, and positive mindset
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with a cheerful disposition
  • Ability to adapt to changes and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-directed learner with high levels of initiative and willingness to learn
  • Required to work 5 days in a week following retail shift hours, including weekends and public holidays
