DĚLNÍK VE VÝROBĚ (m/ž)Chcete se podílet na výrobě dveří a klapek pro obytné vozy věhlasných značek? V současné době hledáme pracovníky na montážní práce na výrobu dveří a klapek do 2směnného provozu.Po zapracování nabízíme navýšení mzdy. Po uplynutí doby určité prodloužíme smlouvu na neurčito.- nástupní sazbu hodinové mzdy 150,- Kč a výše dle předchozí praxe a zkušeností - po zkušební době postupné navyšování mzdy dle produktivity a kvality odvedené práce až do 180,- Kč/hod- příplatek za odpolední směnu 15,- Kč/hod.- příplatek za noční směnu 35,- Kč/hod.- měsíční, čtvrtletní a pololetní odměny- měsíční bonus za 100% podíl na hospodářském výsledku ve výši 2 000 Kč- systém věrnostních odměn- odměny dle životních jubileí- odměnu za doporučení nového zaměstnance ve výši 10 000 Kč- odměnu za příchod na mimořádnou směnu ve výši 150 Kč- závodní stravování s příspěvkem zaměstnavatele- 5 týdnů dovolené- příspěvek na dojíždění- příspěvek na penzijní připojištění- zvýhodněný telefonní tarif- další benefity v rámci motivačního programu zaměřeného na podporu zdraví, rodinné hodnoty a osobní rozvoj zaměstnanců.V případě zájmu kontaktovat zaměstnavatele e-mailem nebo telefonicky PO-PÁ 8:30 - 14:30 hod.
