Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Windows Server infrastructure, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, File/Print Services, and server roles.
- Administer Microsoft 365 / Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID), user accounts, licenses, security policies, and access permissions.
- Manage VMware ESXi, vCenter, HA, DRS, and virtual machine environments.
- Monitor system performance, availability, CPU, RAM, storage, and server health.
- Manage physical and virtual servers, including installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Implement and maintain server backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Manage NAS/SAN storage, file shares, permissions, quotas, and storage capacity.
- Manage Windows 10/11 endpoints, software deployment, updates, and Group Policy configurations.
- Manage endpoint security, antivirus/EDR, security policies, and system hardening.
- Troubleshoot server, operating system, application, authentication, and user-access issues.
- Monitor IT infrastructure using ManageEngine, PRTG, SNMP, or other NMS tools.
- Coordinate with network, security, application, ISP, and vendor teams for infrastructure-related issues.
- Manage IT assets, licenses, warranties, and hardware/software inventory.
- Maintain system documentation, SOPs, network/server diagrams, configurations, and operational records.
- Plan and execute server migrations, upgrades, infrastructure deployments, and technology projects.
- Ensure system availability, reliability, security, and business continuity.
- Prepare system health reports, incident reports, capacity reports, and management updates.
- Lead and supervise System Administrators, IT Support Engineers, and technical resources.
- Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and security standards.
- Participate in DR drills, backup testing, vulnerability remediation, and business continuity planning.
- SIP Infrastructure Management: Configure, monitor, and maintain SIP Trunks, SIP proxies, gateways, and session border controllers (SBCs).
- PBX Administration: Oversee daily operations, extensions, call queues, IVR routing, and dial plans on Grandstream UCM and Elastix (Asterisk-based) PBX systems.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
- 4-6 years of experience and 2–3 years in a Senior System Administrator, Team Lead, or supervisory role is a plus point.
