This is an opportunity that does not come available often. We need a Sales leader for our Toyota Dealership who is a results driven, hands on individual. No arm chair quarterbacks need apply. This is a heavy involved position. The right candidate Trains - Leads - Mentors - Take responsibility - Holds themselves accountable and shows the way by example not by just words. Car Management is a must and you have to understand our culture and be willing to join a team of success and is process driven. You must understand the New and Used car market and adapt to the changes. This is an established dealership needing the next leader.
