Just a few Responsibilities
- Lead a team with proven experience to get the best results.
- Be accountable for the daily operations and cycle times.
- Communicate with body shop staff to ensure employee satisfaction and productivity.
- Control Account Receivables and schedules in a timely manner.
- Perform daily follow up with Insurance Companies, Customers and vendors.
Qualifications
Body Shop Management experience required!!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
- Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
- Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
- Ability to learn modern technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
