El reto:

Buscamos Tech Leads para acompañar a equipos pequeños y estables que trabajan sobre productos y plataformas críticas para el negocio.

El rol de Tech Lead es un rol de referente técnico cercano, responsable de ayudar al equipo a tomar buenas decisiones técnicas hoy sin comprometer el futuro del producto.

En este modelo las decisiones técnicas se toman cerca del problema, la arquitectura evoluciona de forma incremental y la calidad y la escalabilidad son parte del trabajo diario.

Qué harás en tu día a día

Entender el sistema

Comprenderás cómo encaja el producto dentro del ecosistema tecnológico y del negocio.

Tendrás contexto de los procesos operativos que dependen de los sistemas que construyes.

Ayudarás al equipo a anticipar impactos, dependencias y riesgos técnicos.

Diseñar y evolucionar la solución

Participarás desde fases tempranas en la definición de la solución técnica.

Diseñarás y evolucionarás arquitecturas de servicios distribuidos.

Tomarás decisiones sobre:

Backend y frontend.

Modelado de datos.

Integraciones y APIs.

Gestionarás la deuda técnica de forma consciente y priorizada.

Construir con el equipo

Programarás activamente en el día a día.

Revisarás código y propondrás mejoras.

Acompañarás al equipo en decisiones de diseño e implementación.

Impulsarás buenas prácticas de testing, calidad y mantenibilidad.
