O profissional será responsável por garantir a alta precisão no posicionamento e colagem de clichês Flexográficos, assegurando o registro entre cores e excelente qualidade de impressão para atender aos mais rigorosos padrões de nossos clientes de diversos segmentos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPreparação e Montagem: Realizar a montagem e colagem de clichês Flexográficos em camisas ou cilindros conforme documentação, ficha técnica e especificações de prova de cor.Controle de Qualidade: Conferir medidas, registros, retículas e orientações de montagem utilizando mesas de montagem óptica/digital e instrumentos de precisão.Correções e Ajustes: Executar ajustes finos e correções necessárias (na máquina) durante o processo de colagem para evitar desvios de registro ou bolhas de adesivo.Organização e Manutenção: Zelar pela conservação dos clichês, fitas dupla face, solventes e ferramentas utilizadas na área, mantendo o setor limpo e organizado.Suporte à Produção: Auxiliar a equipe de impressão Flexográfica no alinhamento de dúvidas técnicas referentes à montagem dos clichês.Segurança e Normas: Cumprir rigorosamente as normas de segurança do trabalho (EPIs) e os procedimentos da qualidade da empresa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência Profissional: Experiência sólida na função de montador/colador de clichês no segmento de Impressão Flexográfica (nível Pleno).Escolaridade: Ensino Médio Completo. Cursos técnicos na área gráfica (SENAI ou afins) serão considerados diferenciais.Conhecimentos Técnicos:Domínio de técnicas de colagem de clichês (fita dupla face, ajuste de registro, montagem em curva/cilindro).Familiaridade com leitura e interpretação de ordens de produção, provas de cor e especificações de pré-impressão.Noções sobre o processo de impressão Flexográfica (anilox, tintas, substratos e comportamento do clichê em máquina).Competências Comportamentais:Atenção concentrada e rigor com detalhes.Boa comunicação e trabalho em equipe.Organização, autonomia e agilidade na resolução de problemas.Informações adicionaisSomos uma empresa líder em inovação e tecnologia no mercado de embalagens flexíveis, valorizando o desenvolvimento contínuo de nossos colaboradores, um ambiente seguro e focado em excelência operacional.
