The posting

Zarminali Pediatrics is building the nation's leading pediatric multispecialty group, focused on supporting families to shape healthy futures for their children – from birth through adulthood – by completely transforming the way pediatric care is delivered nationwide. We are tackling today's challenges of increased administrative burden on clinicians and a siloed approach to pediatric care through intentional design of care delivery, enhanced by leading technology and collaborative, expert care teams.

Our name, inspired by our founder's daughter's name – Zarmina – means “something that is more precious to you than gold”. We couldn’t think of anything that better represents the way parents and caregivers hold the relationship with their children as the most valuable gift, and how we at Zarminali approach care for each child with equal reverence.

We strive for a healthier future for pediatric patients and a happier future for pediatric clinicians nationwide, and we are looking for people to join us in achieving this vision. If you are eager to join a growth stage company and be part of the early team that is shaping the foundation of both the company and the delivery of pediatric care, then this opportunity might be for you!

  • Reinforce pediatric clinical standards, safety protocols, policies, and established workflows.
  • Partner with providers and clinic leadership to promote safe, efficient, and patient-centered care.
  • Help identify and address barriers impacting patient flow, clinical efficiency, or the overall patient experience.
  • Support clinical decision-making within scope of practice and escalate concerns appropriately.

  • Support the onboarding, training, and development of new clinical team members.
  • Help establish clear expectations and reinforce accountability across the clinical team.
  • Foster a collaborative, supportive environment where team members feel comfortable asking questions and seeking guidance.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating humility, professionalism, flexibility, and a willingness to support the team wherever needed.

Clinical Operations & Workflow

  • Partner with the Practice Manager and providers to optimize patient flow and day-to-day clinical workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and consistency across the clinic.
  • Support implementation and adoption of new clinical workflows, policies, and operational initiatives.
  • Monitor clinical processes and proactively address gaps that could impact quality, safety, or the patient experience.
  • Collaborate with clinic leadership to ensure appropriate clinical coverage and effective utilization of team resources.

Vaccine & Inventory Management

  • Oversee vaccine management processes, including appropriate storage, handling, documentation, and inventory controls.
  • Monitor vaccine and clinical supply inventory to ensure appropriate stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Reinforce compliance with applicable vaccine management requirements and internal standards.
  • Partner with clinic leadership to resolve inventory discrepancies and proactively anticipate supply needs.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure clinical practices align with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and established pediatric standards.
  • Identify clinical risks or areas of concern and partner with appropriate leaders to develop solutions.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and translate clinical insights into practical process improvements.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
  • Pediatric nursing experience required; outpatient pediatric experience strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience serving as a charge nurse, clinical lead, nurse supervisor, preceptor, or mentor preferred.
  • Experience with vaccine management, storage, inventory, and clinical supply oversight.
  • Strong knowledge of pediatric clinical standards, patient safety practices, and clinical workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Ability to identify workflow challenges and implement practical solutions that improve patient flow and team effectiveness.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable balancing direct patient care with clinical leadership responsibilities.
  • Ability to remain calm, collaborative, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
