Du bringst steuerliches Fachwissen mit und arbeitest damit an einem Produkt anstatt an Mandanten. Schwerpunkt ist die Einkommensteuer von Arbeitnehmern, aber nicht im klassischen Kanzleiumfeld: Zasta ist die Plattform, über die Privatpersonen ihre Einkommensteuererklärung digital von unabhängigen Steuerberatern erstellen lassen. Erstellt und eingereicht wird die Erklärung von unseren Partnerkanzleien. Bei uns hast die Möglichkeit, aktiv mitzugestalten. Details erzählen wir dir gerne im ersten Gespräch.

Was bedeutet das im Allgemeinen?

  • Du bringst dein steuerliches Know-how bei uns ein und sicherst dadurch unsere Qualität.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Teams zusammen und bist Ansprechperson für steuerfachliche Fragestellungen.
  • Du erkennst Verbesserungspotenziale und hilfst dabei, Abläufe einfacher und effizienter zu gestalten.

Womit du arbeitest:

  • Wenn du bisher mit DATEV oder anderer Steuerberatungssoftware gearbeitet hast, ist das super. Unsere Umgebung ist zwar etwas anders, aber leicht zu erlernen.

Was hier nicht dazugehört:

  • Kein Papier und keine Pendelordner.
  • Keine Langeweile.
  • Keine Anwesenheitspflicht als Selbstzweck. Wir haben zwei Präsenztage pro Woche. Die anderen Tage kannst du von zu Hause aus arbeiten.

Was du idealerweise mitbringst:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte oder Steuerfachangestellter oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Einkommensteuer, insbesondere für Arbeitnehmer.
  • Du bist digital affin, probierst gerne neue Tools und Arbeitsweisen aus und findest dich schnell in neuen Systemen zurecht.

Was wir dir bieten:

  • Je nach Standort treffen wir uns an zwei Tagen die Woche vor Ort im Büro. Die restlichen Tage kannst du dir aussuchen, von wo aus du arbeitest. Falls du an den Präsenztagen mal nicht ins Büro kommen kannst, gibt es Jokertage, die du flexibel einsetzen kannst.
  • Tapetenwechsel inklusive - bei Zasta hast du 30 Tage Urlaub im Jahr und die Möglichkeit, bis zu 4 Wochen am Stück innerhalb der EU zu arbeiten.
