Ihre Aufgaben

* Eigenverantwortlicher Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung der Niederlassung

* Aktive Neukundengewinnung und Betreuung bestehender Kunden

* Nutzung und Ausbau Ihres Unternehmens- und Kundennetzwerks

* Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten in der Arbeitskräfteüberlassung

* Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen

* Wirtschaftliche Verantwortung für den Standort

* Führung und Koordination des Teams

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung

Ihr Anforderungsprofil

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Arbeitskräfteüberlassung bzw. Personaldienstleistung

* Bestehendes Kunden- und Unternehmensnetzwerk von Vorteil

* Ausgeprägte Vertriebs- und Kundenorientierung

* Unternehmerisches Denken und Eigeninitiative

* Verhandlungsgeschick und überzeugendes Auftreten

* Führungskompetenz und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und erfolgsorientierte Arbeitsweise

Entlohnung

Fixgehalt: ab EUR 49.000 brutto jährlich auf Vollzeitbasis

Provision: Zusätzlich zum Fixgehalt bieten wir ein leistungsorientiertes Provisionsmodell ohne festgelegte Obergrenze.

Gesamtverdienst: Bei entsprechendem wirtschaftlichem Erfolg ist ein Jahresbruttoverdienst von über EUR 100.000,00 möglich.

Die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung des Fixgehalts ist abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung gegeben.

Die Provision ist erfolgsabhängig. Der mögliche Gesamtverdienst stellt kein garantiertes Einkommen dar.
