Requisitos:

Cursando Ensino superior em andamento em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Marketing, Economia ou áreas correlatas.

Desejável: Estar cursando a partir do 2º semestre.

Descrição:

• Auxiliar na organização e atualização da base de clientes, com identificação de vendedor, regional, canal e histórico de compras.

• Apoiar levantamentos de frequência de compras, data da última compra, tempo sem novos pedidos e clientes que realizaram apenas uma compra.

• Auxiliar na classificação dos clientes e na preparação das listas de contato, seguindo os critérios e as prioridades definidos pela Coordenação.

• Realizar contatos por telefone, WhatsApp ou email, conforme o roteiro e as orientações da área, para compreender os motivos da ausência de novas compras.

• Registrar as tentativas de contato, as respostas, os dados cadastrais a atualizar, as necessidades identificadas e o interesse em retomar as compras.

• Auxiliar na organização dos motivos relatados, como preço, condições comerciais, atendimento, entrega, produtos ou sazonalidade.

• Encaminhar as informações coletadas aos vendedores e gestores das respectivas carteiras, mantendo o histórico dos encaminhamentos.

• Auxiliar no agendamento de visitas e de contatos de retorno, conforme alinhamento com a equipe comercial.

• Apoiar a organização das informações para os planos de ação relacionados aos motivos de não compra e registrar as ações definidas pela Coordenação e pelo Comercial.

• Acompanhar os prazos e os retornos registrados nos controles de acompanhamento da carteira, sinalizando as pendências à Coordenação.

• Atualizar controles de contatos, visitas, clientes que voltaram a comprar e valores de conversão, com base em informações conferidas pela área.

• Auxiliar na consolidação dos indicadores por cliente, vendedor ou regional, conforme os modelos disponibilizados.

• Participar dos alinhamentos quinzenais e apoiar a preparação de relatórios e apresentações dos resultados do acompanhamento da carteira.

Apoiar a atualização dos roteiros, dos controles e das orientações de acompanhamento da carteira, para facilitar a continuidade da rotina.
