PRAVNIK, poskusno delo 4 mesece, Nedoločen čas , Polni delovni čas, 40, - pravno svetovanje direktorju, vodstvu in organizacijskim enotam zavoda;- spremljanje zakonodaje s področja zdravstva, delovnega prava, javnega sektorja in drugih relevantnih področij ter zagotavljanje skladnosti delovanja zavoda z veljavnimi predpisi;- pravna podpora pri organizacijskih spremembah, sistemizaciji delovnih mest ter drugih kadrovskih in organizacijskih vprašanjih;- priprava, pregled in pravna presoja splošnih aktov, pravilnikov, navodil, sklepov, pogodb in drugih pravnih dokumentov zavoda;- priprava pravnih mnenj, strokovnih podlag in analiz za potrebe vodstva in organov zavoda ter sodelovanje pri delu Sveta zavoda;- izvajanje kadrovsko-pravnih postopkov ter pravna podpora pri zaposlovanju, spremembah in prenehanju delovnih razmerij, napredovanjih in delovni uspešnosti;- priprava in pravna presoja pogodb o zaposlitvi ter podjemnih, avtorskih in drugih civilnopravnih pogodb;- pravna podpora pri obravnavi zahtevkov, pritožb in drugih pravnih zadev pacientov, zaposlenih in drugih deležnikov;- sodelovanje v inšpekcijskih, revizijskih, nadzornih in sodnih postopkih ter priprava potrebne dokumentacije in pravnih odgovorov;- pravna podpora pri postopkih javnega naročanja;- sodelovanje z ministrstvi, sodišči, zbornicami, CSD in drugimi pristojnimi institucijami;- izvajanje notranjih kontrol ter sodelovanje pri projektih in razvojnih nalogah zavoda;- opravljanje drugih nalog po navodilu nadrejenega v okviru strokovne usposobljenosti in kompetenc, ,
