Als Facility & Loss Prevention Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige beheer van onze gebouwen, infrastructuur, onderhoudsactiviteiten en veiligheidsprocessen. Je stuurt een multidisciplinair team aan en zorgt ervoor dat onze winkels, kantoren en logistieke sites veilig, efficiënt en toekomstbestendig functioneren.

Je bent zowel een sterke people manager als een hands-on organisator die prioriteiten kan stellen, processen kan professionaliseren en projecten succesvol realiseert.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Facility Management

  • Aansturen en coachen van het facility team en externe partners.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor onderhoud, interventies en technische werking van winkels, HQ's en logistieke sites.
  • Opvolgen van gebouwen, renovaties en infrastructuurprojecten.
  • Beheer van onderhoudscontracten, keuringen, certificaten en leveranciers.
  • Budgetbeheer en opvolging van facility kosten.
  • Analyse en rapportering van energie-, water-, afval- en andere verbruiken.
  • Uitbouwen van een meer proactieve onderhoudsaanpak.
  • Optimaliseren van processen, werkmethodes en dienstverlening naar de winkels.

Loss Prevention & Risk Management

  • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van een geïntegreerd loss prevention beleid.
  • Coördineren van diefstalpreventie, fraudeonderzoeken en risicoanalyses.
  • Uitwerken van preventiemaatregelen voor winkels en ondersteunende diensten.
  • Opvolgen van incidenten, schadegevallen en verzekeringsdossiers.
  • Uitvoeren van controles, audits en steekproeven.
  • Verhogen van het veiligheidsbewustzijn binnen de organisatie.
  • Bewaken van compliance rond procedures, regelgeving en interne richtlijnen.

People & Organisatie

  • Leiding geven aan een team van facility medewerkers, technische medewerkers en gespecialiseerde functies.
  • Prioriteiten bepalen en capaciteit efficiënt inzetten.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor planning, coaching, evaluaties en ontwikkeling van medewerkers.
  • Creëren van een cultuur van verantwoordelijkheid, samenwerking en continue verbetering.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met Sales, Logistiek, Finance en directie.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar leidinggevende ervaring binnen facility management in retail of een vergelijkbare omgeving.
  • Ervaring met veiligheid, loss prevention, compliance of risk management is een sterke troef.
  • Je combineert een analytische mindset met een pragmatische aanpak.
  • Je bent sterk in organisatie, prioriteitenbeheer en procesoptimalisatie.
  • Je weet mensen te motiveren en mee te nemen in verandering.
  • Je communiceert vlot op verschillende niveaus binnen de organisatie.
  • Je bent bereid regelmatig winkels en locaties te bezoeken.
