DEINE AUFGABEN

Als Wirtschaftsjurist:in in unserer Partnerkanzlei ZE Tax & Legal GmbH übernimmst du einen spannenden Mix an Aufgaben und verantwortest rechtliche und kaufmännische Abläufe rund um unsere Förderprojekte und unsere internen Operations. Du arbeitest direkt mit Mandanten, Finanzämtern, unserer Steuerberatung und unserer Geschäftsführung zusammen.

  • Du bereitest die Anträge auf Forschungszulage zur Einreichung beim Finanzamt vor. Inkl. Kommunikation mit den Mandanten auf dem Weg zur Antragseinreichung.
  • Du übernimmst die Korrespondenz mit den Finanzämtern bezüglich der von uns eingereichten Anträge auf Forschungszulage.
  • Du erfasst rechtliche Sachverhalte, bewertest Dokumente und erkennst Risiken sowie Handlungsbedarf. Verträge, NDAs, Vollmachten und Mandatsvereinbarungen bearbeitest du selbst.
  • Du unterstützt kaufmännische Consultants bei einfachen rechtlichen Einschätzungen mit Fördermittelbezug (z. B. “Unternehmen in Schwierigkeiten“).
  • Du stellst unsere Rechnungen, hältst offene Posten nach, pflegst den Liquiditäts- und Cashflow-Plan und entwickelst ihn weiter.
  • Du erledigst die vorbereitende Finanz- und Lohnbuchhaltung sowie die Abstimmung mit internen und externen Stakeholdern.
  • Je nach Interesse kommen das Wissensmanagement bei Zebra Embassy sowie die Außendarstellung unserer Kanzlei hinzu.

DEIN PROFIL

  • Du hast Wirtschaftsrecht studiert oder das erste Staatsexamen abgelegt.
  • Du arbeitest gewissenhaft. Rechtlich und administrativ relevante Vorgänge bearbeitest du nachvollziehbar und fehlerarm.
  • Du kommunizierst souverän und stakeholder-orientiert (Startup- und Mittelstand, Steuerberater, Finanzämter, intern) so, dass dein Gegenüber die Sache versteht und daraus handeln kann, schriftlich wie im Gespräch.
  • Du priorisierst über viele parallele Vorgänge hinweg, die sich in unterschiedlichen Zuständen befinden. Was dir für deine Arbeit fehlt, holst du dir selbst.
  • Du nutzt digitale Tools sicher und arbeitest dich eigenständig in neue Werkzeuge ein. Wir automatisieren viel und verschlanken unsere Prozesse kontinuierlich.
  • Du bist neugierig und willst verstehen, wie ein Sachverhalt zusammenhängt, auch in einem für dich neuen Kontext.
  • Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Deutsch und unterhältst dich souverän auf Englisch.
