Scopul rolului

Asigurarea unei experiente excelente pentru pacienti, de la primul contact pana la finalizarea tratamentului, prin consiliere, coordonare eficienta si urmarirea satisfactiei pacientului. Rolul contribuie direct la cresterea ratei de conversie si a retentiei pacientilor.

Responsabilitati principale

Comunicare & Preluare lead-uri:

  • Preluarea cererilor din telefon, email, website, social media.
  • Calificarea pacientilor in functie de nevoi si urgenta.
  • Explicarea generala a serviciilor oferite (implanturi, coroane, lucrari protetice).

Programari & Coordonare:

  • Programarea consultatiilor initiale si tratamentelor ulterioare.
  • Coordonarea cu medicii, tehnicienii si receptia pentru un parcurs fluid al pacientului.
  • Asigurarea ca pacientul primeste toate informatiile necesare inainte de vizita.

Consiliere & Vanzare consultativa:

  • Prezentarea planurilor de tratament si a estimarilor de cost.
  • Discutarea optiunilor financiare (rate, etape de plata).
  • Sprijin in luarea deciziei, mai ales in cazul tratamentelor complexe.

Feedback & Satisfactie:

  • Urmarirea satisfactiei pacientului dupa tratament.
  • Colectarea de testimoniale si review-uri.
  • Semnalarea catre echipa a oricaror nemultumiri sau ingrijorari exprimate.

Cerintele rolului:

  • Experienta in relatii cu clientii / coordonare servicii (ideal in domeniul medical).
  • Excelente abilitati de comunicare si persuasiune.
  • Cunostinte de baza despre tratamente stomatologice se ofera training.
  • Orientare spre pacient, empatie, organizare.
  • Operare PC (CRM, email, softuri de programare).
