What We're Looking For:
Assists with the efficient operation of the warehouse by performing the physical and/or administrative tasks of shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality, and prepare orders for shipping with precision • Conduct inventory counts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain organized, accurate inventory records • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks • Mentor and train less experienced warehouse staff, promoting adherence to company procedures and best practices • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, following all safety protocols and standards • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflows and meet productivity goals • Take initiative in resolving issues, adapting to changing priorities, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and walking for extended periods • Support other warehouse functions as needed, including loading and unloading trucks
Key Skills and Competencies: • Basic computer skills • Must be at least 18 years old • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory and order processing • Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions from supervisors • Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks and procedures • Action oriented and resourceful
Minimum Education or Equivalent: No diploma required; Basic math and reading/writing skills are needed
Minimum Work Experience: 1+ years of relevant work experience
Physical Demands: • Medium work that includes moving objects up to 50 pounds

Shift: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm $20.00 per hour *$1500 Retention Bonus after 6 months of employment with Zebra

Incentive Compensation:
In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 3% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
