Wir vermieten individuelle self\-service Lagerräume von 1 bis 50 m², die kurz\- sowie langfristig von Privatpersonen und Firmen verwendet werden. Unsere vielseitige Kundschaft schätzt die von uns angebotene sichere, einfache, flexible und moderne Lagerlösung. Ausserdem bieten wir neben der Lagerung zusätzliche Dienstleistungen wie Verkauf von Packmaterial sowie die Vermittlung von Umzügen an.

Ihre Aufgaben

Customer Care:

Bei dieser abwechslungsreichen Aufgabe sind Sie als Mitglied unseres Front Office Teams für die Betreuung der bestehenden Kunden in den Stores verantwortlich. Dazu gehören nach der Neukundengewinnung, unter anderem deren Einführung in die Nutzung der Lagerräume, die dazu gehörenden administrativen Aspekte wie Debitorenbearbeitung, Kontrollfunktionen bezüglich Zutritts\- und Sicherheitssystems, Warenempfang, organisatorische Wünsche und andere Aufgaben wie Verkauf von Verpackungsmaterial oder Organisation von Umzugsdienstleistungen mit unseren Partnern. Sie sind mitverantwortlich für den Erhalt unserer Qualitätsanforderungen und der Funktionalität unserer Standorte. Sie betreuen dabei schwerpunktmässig unsere bestehenden Kunden am Standort Zürich\-Oerlikon sowie weitere bestehende Kunden in der Region Zürich.

Viele unserer potenziellen Kunden wollen vor dem Vertragsabschluss ihren zukünftigen Lagerraum besuchen. Sie sorgen durch Ihre sympathische und überzeugende für ein hervorragendes Kundenerlebnis und eine hohe Abschlussquote. Diese Aufgaben werden Sie am Standort (Zürich\-Oerlikon) vor Ort ausführen.

Der andere Teil der potenziellen Kunden kontaktiert uns über elektronische Medien oder per Telefon, die in der Regel von unserem Customer Care Center bearbeitet werden. Sie unterstützen aktiv bei der Bearbeitung dieser Anfragen und bringen Ihre verkäuferische Stärke ein. Sie erkennen Kundenbedürfnisse schnell, beraten kompetent und haben Freude daran, Interessenten in zufriedene Kunden zu verwandeln. Sie arbeiten gerne zielorientiert, denken unternehmerisch und sind motiviert durch messbare Verkaufserfolge. Rund 40% Ihrer Tätigkeit erfolgt aus unserem Customer Care Center in Horgen. Dort betreuen Sie Interessenten und Neukunden für die Region Zürich telefonisch und schriftlich, begleiten diese vom Erstkontakt bis zum Vertragsabschluss und tragen mit Ihrer verkäuferischen zu einer hohen Abschlussquote bei.

Ihre Qualifikation

  • Sie blühen auf in der aktiven Kundenberatung und \-gewinnung – sei es im persönlichen Gespräch, am Telefon oder per E\-Mail.
  • Sie verfügen idealerweise über Erfahrung im Verkauf, Customer Service, Innendienst oder Call Center und bringen ein hohes Mass an Kundenorientierung und unternehmerischem Denken mit.
  • Sie können sich gut auf unterschiedliche Kundentypen einstellen und begegnen allen Menschen mit Respekt und Offenheit.
  • Ihre professionelle und authentische hilft Ihnen, rasch Vertrauen aufzubauen und erfolgreiche Abschlüsse zu erzielen.
  • Sie sind organisiert, zuverlässig und übernehmen gerne Verantwortung.
  • Sie haben keine vor administrativen Aufgaben und arbeiten sicher am Computer.
  • Sie sind flexibel und bereit, regelmässig an unseren Standorten Zürich\-Oerlikon und Horgen zu arbeiten.
  • Ein Führerausweis (Kategorie B) ist von Vorteil.
  • Sie sprechen fliessend Deutsch (Muttersprache) und sehr gutes Englischin Wort und Schrift; andere Sprachen sind ein Plus.
