Over de functie

Wij zijn op zoek naar een proactieve en deskundige Field Service & Commissioning Engineer/Technician om ons team bij Zeeco Europe te versterken.

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de inbedrijfstelling, het onderhoud en het oplossen van storingen aan onze reeds geïnstalleerde en in bedrijf gestelde verbrandingsinstallaties. Daarnaast bouw en onderhoud je sterke relaties met eindgebruikers. Met werkzaamheden verspreid over Nederland werk je met geavanceerde verbrandings- en procesapparatuur binnen de olie-, gas- en petrochemische sector. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze klanten kunnen rekenen op uitstekende service en technische ondersteuning.

Kerntaken

  • Uitvoeren van inbedrijfstellingen op bestaande en gemodificeerde installaties (retrofits), algemeen onderhoud, storingsdiagnose, foutanalyse en toezicht houden op installatieactiviteiten op locatie.
  • Opstellen van Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS), bezoekrapportages en urenregistraties voor indiening bij klanten.
  • Opstarten en onderhouden van Zeeco-producten en -systemen, waaronder:
  • fakkelsystemen (flare systems)
  • flare gas recovery-systemen
  • ketelbranders (boiler burners)
  • procesbranders
  • vapour combustors / thermal oxidizers
  • dampterugwinningssystemen (vapour recovery systems)
  • bijbehorende emissie- en optische controlesystemen
  • Signaleren van commerciële kansen voor reserveonderdelen, aftermarket services en aanvullende ondersteuning op locatie.
  • Leidinggeven aan turnarounds en shutdown-projecten op locatie en het verzorgen van trainingen aan eindgebruikers, zowel in de klas als op de werkplek.
  • Naleven van de gezondheids-, veiligheids- en milieuregels van zowel Zeeco als de klant en actief bijdragen aan een veilige werkomgeving.

Functie-eisen

  • Allround Technicus/Engineer: Sterke technische achtergrond met kennis van mechanische, elektrische, instrumentatie- en PLC-besturingssystemen.
  • Ervaring in de industrie: Aantoonbare ervaring met verbrandingstechnologie binnen de olie-, gas- of petrochemische industrie is vereist.
  • Zelfstandig en proactief: In staat om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken, met een oplossingsgerichte en initiatiefrijke instelling.
  • Bereidheid om te reizen: Bereid om uitgebreid te reizen, mogelijk meer dan 200 dagen per jaar, doorgaans voor periodes van 1 tot 2 weken.
  • Veiligheidsbewust: Comfortabel met werken op hoogte, in besloten ruimten en offshore-omgevingen, met een sterke focus op veiligheid.
  • Technische expertise: In staat om P&ID's, elektrische schema's en werktuigbouwkundige tekeningen te lezen en te interpreteren.
  • Communicatieve vaardigheden: Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden en vertrouwd met computergebruik.
  • Ervaring met langdurig werken buiten huis is een pré.
  • Nederlands als moedertaal en vloeiend Engels zijn essentieel.
  • Flexibele instelling ten aanzien van reizen.

Standplaats

Deze functie is gebaseerd op ons kantoor in Moerdijk, wanneer je niet op reis bent voor werkzaamheden binnen Europa.
