Ми шукаємо людину на стику consultative sales, business discovery та B2B SaaS. Ти працюватимеш із вхідними B2B-лідами: досліджуватимеш їхній бізнес і маркетинговий контекст, формуватимеш гіпотезу цінності, проводитимеш discovery та визначатимеш, чи є реальний потенціал для подальшої роботи з Account Executive.

Дзвінки короткі — зазвичай 3–10 хвилин, але саме від їхньої якості залежить, які opportunities потрапляють далі у sales pipeline. Тут важливо вміти швидко розібратися в контексті клієнта, ставити правильні запитання, працювати із запереченнями та бачити за первинним інтересом реальний бізнес-потенціал.

Що ми очікуємо в цій ролі:

- Глибокий Pre-call Research: Дослідження компанії, її індустрії, LinkedIn та маркетингового контексту перед кожним контактом. Очікуємо, що ти приходиш на дзвінок із готовою гіпотезою: чому саме цій компанії потрібен Zeely і де ми даємо value.

- Consultative Discovery: Проведення коротких, але якісних кваліфікаційних дзвінків для виявлення current setup, pain points, marketing workflow, urgency та потенційного бізнес-впливу, з використанням основних discovery methodologies, таких як BANT та SPIN.

- Робота з Decision-Makers: Впевнений вихід на CMO, Head of Growth та інших осіб, які впливають на маркетинг і приймають рішення.

- Опрацювання заперечень через цінність: Здатність аргументовано відпрацьовувати сумніви клієнта та продавати цінність наступного кроку — зустрічі з AE.

- Якісна передача контексту (Handover): Фіксація ключової інформації про ліда в CRM, щоб AE отримував повністю провалідовану та підготовлену угоду.

- Системність та використання AI: Активне ведення CRM, використання AI-інструментів для оптимізації рутини та постійне поглиблення розуміння ICP Zeely.

Що ми пропонуємо:

Наші очікування від твого досвіду:

- Досвід у SDR / BDR / Sales або суміжній B2B sales-ролі від 3-5 років (досвід у B2B SaaS буде великою перевагою).

- Розуміння різниці між просто «цікаво» та дійсно готовою «Qualified Opportunity».

- Англійська мова — Advanced / Fluent (робота з клієнтами з США та Європи).

- Навички консультативного продажу: вміння вести живий діалог, будувати гіпотези, ставити відкриті запитання, а не просто зачитати скрипт.

- Впевненість у комунікації з C-level та decision-makers (CMO, Head of Growth).

- Проактивність, системність та орієнтованість на підсумковий результат.
