Sobre a posição

Buscamos um(a) Analista de Marketing | Inteligência de Mercado para atuar em nosso time de RQS, unidade de negócios da ZEISS que oferece soluções de medição, análise e controle de qualidade para diferentes indústrias e segmentos de mercado.

Nesta posição, você terá um papel importante no fortalecimento da atuação estratégica de Marketing, contribuindo para pesquisas e análises de mercado, mapeamento da concorrência, identificação de tendências e oportunidades de crescimento.

Atuará em parceria com as áreas de Marketing e Vendas, transformando informações de mercado em insights e recomendações que apoiem decisões comerciais e impulsionem o crescimento dos negócios.

Nesta posição, você será responsável por:

  • Realizar pesquisas e análises de mercado, identificando tendências, movimentos da concorrência e oportunidades nos diferentes segmentos de atuação da ZEISS.
  • Buscar, consolidar, interpretar e cruzar informações internas e externas para avaliar o potencial de mercado de segmentos, indústrias e regiões.
  • Identificar potenciais clientes e oportunidades de negócio, apoiando as estratégias de prospecção e priorização comercial da área de Vendas.
  • Elaborar estudos, relatórios e apresentações, transformando informações de mercado em insights e recomendações para apoiar a tomada de decisão.
  • Estabelecer conexões com stakeholders internos, equipes globais, associações setoriais e fontes externas para ampliar o acesso a informações relevantes para o negócio.

O que buscamos:

  • Ensino superior completo em Marketing, Administração, Economia, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência prévia em Marketing, preferencialmente em atividades relacionadas a pesquisa de mercado, planejamento, análise competitiva ou análise de negócios.
  • Capacidade analítica para buscar, interpretar e cruzar informações de diferentes fontes, identificando tendências e oportunidades de mercado.
  • Boa comunicação e habilidade para elaborar e apresentar análises, insights e recomendações para diferentes públicos.
  • Inglês avançado, com capacidade de interação com equipes globais.

Será considerado um diferencial:

  • Vivência em ambientes B2B, mercados industriais ou empresas de tecnologia.
  • Conhecimento de segmentos industriais, médicos ou relacionados à tecnologia, bem como experiência com associações setoriais e fontes externas de dados.
  • Localização: São Paulo, SP - região da Berrini
  • Modelo de trabalho: Hibrido, 3x na semana no escritório
