Ihre Rolle

  • Systems-Engineering-/ und Technologie-Aufgaben im Rahmen der Neuentwicklung in einem interdisziplinären Entwicklungsteam für Elektronenmikroskope übernehmen
  • die Systemintegration und Validation von Elektronenmikroskopen durchführen Dazu zählt unter anderem die Integration von Teilkomponenten in das Gesamtsystem, Aufbau von Prototypen-Geräten, Erstellung von Testplänen, Validierung der Spezifikationen, SW- und FW-Freigaben und Nachweis der Zuverlässigkeit
  • Subsystem- und Schnittstellenspezifikationen mit erarbeiten, gegebenenfalls mit Partnern und Kunden abstimmen und dokumentieren
  • in Zusammenarbeit mit Fachexperten Konzepte zur Umsetzung der Spezifikationen im Produkt entwickeln und deren Umsetzung im Projekt technisch koordinieren und umsetzten
  • Toleranzen und Fehlerbudgets in Zusammenarbeit mit Fachexperten ermitteln, zusammenstellen und überwachen
  • Ggf. Projekte, Teilprojekte und Arbeitspakete leiten, d.h. definieren, planen, steuern und abschließen
  • Ansprechpartner in Bezug auf technische Themen für interne und externe Partner und Kunden sein, technische Projektergebnisse für diese zusammenstellen und in Form von Berichten und Präsentationen kommunizieren

Ihr Profil

  • Einen guten Abschluss in Physik, Elektrotechnik oder einem vergleichbaren Studium, gerne mit Promotion
  • Gute Kenntnisse auf den Gebieten Systems-Engineering vorteilhaft
  • Gute Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Systemintegration mechatronischer und vakuumtechnischer Produkte
  • idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen im Umfeld der Elektronenstrahlmikroskopie
  • Eine selbstständige, zielorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Leistungsbereitschaft und Flexibilität
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und großen Teamgeist
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen weltweiten Auslandsreisen
