About Us:

Zeitview is the leading intelligent aerial imaging company for high-value infrastructure, providing businesses with actionable, real-time insights to recover revenue, reduce risk and improve build quality. We serve customers in the solar, wind, insurance, construction, real estate, and critical infrastructure industries. Trusted by the largest enterprises in the world, Zeitview is active in over 70 countries. Our mission is to accelerate the global transition to renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure through advanced inspection solutions. Take a look at our latest achievements here!

About the Role:

Zeitview is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to help drive continued growth of our Wind business across North America.

This is a customer-facing sales role responsible for developing new business, expanding existing customer relationships, and owning opportunities from initial discovery through contract execution. You will work with some of the largest wind asset owners, operators, and manufacturers in the industry and sell across Zeitview’s growing portfolio of inspection, software, and asset intelligence solutions.

The ideal candidate understands the wind industry, is comfortable navigating complex enterprise customers, and enjoys being in front of customers. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills, disciplined pipeline management, and the ability to identify opportunities beyond an individual inspection project to create larger, longer-term customer relationships.

This role will work closely with Zeitview’s Wind leadership as well as Operations, Product, Customer Success, Analysis, and other internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of Wind customers and prospects across North America, with responsibility for achieving assigned bookings and revenue targets.
  • Develop new customer relationships while expanding Zeitview’s footprint within existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across operations, engineering, procurement, asset management, and executive leadership.
  • Identify customer needs and develop solutions across Zeitview’s portfolio, including external and internal blade inspections, lightning protection system testing, nacelle and other inspection solutions, self-perform capabilities, software and asset intelligence offerings.
  • Look beyond individual projects to identify opportunities for broader account expansion, recurring revenue, additional inspection modalities, and multi-year relationships.
  • Develop and maintain account strategies for priority customers, including relationship mapping, whitespace identification, and growth opportunities.
  • Manage opportunities throughout the full sales cycle, including discovery, solution development, pricing, proposals, commercial negotiations, and contract execution.
  • Maintain a healthy near- and long-term pipeline with strong Salesforce discipline, accurate forecasting, and clear next steps.
  • Collaborate closely with Wind leadership on major strategic opportunities and accounts requiring broader global or executive-level engagement.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Customer Success, Analysis, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to develop solutions and deliver against customer expectations.
  • Serve as a Voice of the Customer internally, providing insight into customer priorities, market needs, competitive dynamics, and opportunities for new products or services.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the North American wind market, competitive landscape, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of Zeitview’s full portfolio of products and services and identify opportunities to expand customer adoption.
  • Represent Zeitview at customer meetings, conferences, and industry events throughout North America.
  • Travel regularly to meet customers and support industry events and strategic opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of successful B2B sales or account management experience within the wind energy industry or a closely related renewable energy/infrastructure market.
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding revenue targets, developing new business, and expanding complex enterprise customer relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the wind energy ecosystem, ideally including experience with asset owners/operators, OEMs, service providers, or other major industry participants.
  • Experience selling technical services, inspection solutions, software/SaaS, asset management technology, or similar solutions into enterprise organizations.
  • Strong consultative, value-based selling skills, with the ability to understand customer workflows, operational challenges, and business priorities.
  • Ability to build credibility and relationships with stakeholders ranging from site-level teams to senior executives.
  • Strong commercial judgment with experience navigating pricing, proposals, procurement, and contract negotiations.
  • Demonstrated pipeline management and forecasting discipline using Salesforce or a similar CRM.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to independently manage an account base in a fast-moving, remote environment and travel regularly in North America.

Day-to-Day Tools/Technical Environment:

  • Salesforce CRM for account, opportunity, pipeline, and forecast management
  • Google Workspace / Microsoft Office for communications, presentations, and document collaboration
  • Video conferencing and collaboration tools supporting a globally distributed workforce

What’s Included:

  • Feel great about your work as you join a leading mission-driven intelligent aerial imaging company - our goal is to accelerate the global transition to renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure, and you personally will play a large part in making this happen!
  • Work-from-home environment: flexibility for employees should be the norm for companies
  • Competitive annual salary plus commission plan
  • Your choice of multiple medical insurance plans, including options with an HSA and 100% coverage of the premium for yourself and your dependents
  • 100% paid dental and vision insurance
  • Unlimited PTO: We mean it when we say we prioritize work-life balance and mental health
  • Autonomy and upward mobility
  • Diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture: a place where your voice matters

This role has a base salary range of $135,000 - $150,000 USD, plus a commission plan and eligibility for stock options. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and location within the USA.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
