Track & Trace Operator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Track & Trace Operator with logistics experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring shipments, ensuring on-time deliveries, and resolving any transportation-related issues. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and monitor shipments from origin to destination to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate with carriers, drivers, and internal teams to provide real-time updates on shipment status.
• Identify and resolve transportation delays or issues by coordinating with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of shipment statuses, delays, and resolutions in the system.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Proactively address potential disruptions in the supply chain and escalate concerns as needed.
• Generate and analyze reports related to shipment performance and key logistics metrics.
• Assist in optimizing routing and delivery efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders regarding shipment inquiries.

• Work schedule: Monday – Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:59 PM CST Monday – Friday: 12:01 AM – 9:00 AM CST Saturday – Sunday: 12:01 AM – 12:00 PM CST Saturday – Sunday: 12:00 PM – 11:59 PM CST

• Strong knowledge of logistics tracking systems and software.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics management software.

• Experience working with freight carriers, 3PLs, or transportation management systems (TMS).
• Knowledge of domestic and international shipping regulations.
