Job scope :

  • Develop technical solutions based on customer requirements and conduct feasibility assessments.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, product testing, and root cause analysis.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to support sales activities.
  • Liaise with customers, internal teams, and manufacturers to resolve technical issues and improve product performance.
  • Conduct product training and share technical knowledge with customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements :

  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related disciplines.
