Job Description:

  • Prepare and process shipment documentation accurately for all shipments.
  • Coordinate shipment collections and deliveries to ensure timely execution and compliance with cut-off timings.
  • Monitor shipment status and follow up with customers to provide updates, address enquiries, and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to understand their logistics requirements and anticipate future shipment needs.
  • Ensure timely closure of job files and completion of documentation to support month-end account closing.
  • Monitor operational performance and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.
