OBIECTIVUL POSTULUI

Realizeaza ambalarea produselor medicamentoase respectand principiile GMP, Sistemulului EHS, a prevederilor legale si a standardelor.

RESPONSABILITĂŢI SPECIFICE

1.Executie

· Transporta seria de produs medicamentos si materialele de ambalare la echipament.

· Efectueaza alimentarea echipamentului cu comprimate /capsule si materiale de ambalare.

· Supravegheaza echipamentul si regleaza parametrii echipamentului conform Procedurilor Standard de Operare (PSO) si Instructiunilor de Lucru ( IL )in vigoare.

· Efectueaza teste de verificare a etanseitatii blisterelor.

· Curata si dezinfecteaza camerele, echipamentele, ustensilele, containerele folosite in procesul de ambalare.

· Efectueaza montarea/demontrea setului format la echipamentul la care lucreaza.

· Colaboreaza direct cu mecanicul de intretinere, in executarea reviziilor tehnice periodice si a reparatiilor capitale planificate pentru instalatiile si echipamentele din cadrul fluxului de ambalare in conformitate cu prevederile documentatiei tehnice si cu Planul de Intretinere si Reparatii.

· Colecteza si eticheteaza deseurile conform matrice gestionare deseuri.

· Transporta produsul ambalat in zona de depozitare temporara.

· Prepara solutii de curatare si dezinfectare.

· Eticheteaza camerele, echipamentele, ustensilele etc.in acord cu statusul acestora.

2.Verificare

· La inceputul seriei de produs, verifica numarul seriei de produs de pe etichetele containerelor cu numarul de serie din Dosarul de fabricatie al seriei.

· Verifica vizual aspectul comprimatelor din containere inaintea inceperii procesului de ambalare.

· Verifica materialele de ambalare inaintea procesului de ambalare conform Specificatiei Tehnice de Produs finit (STPF).

· Verifica starea de curatenie si etichetarea camerei si echipamentului, punctele critice ale echipamentului definite in Dosarul de fabricatie al seriei si pe Fisele de curatenie.

· Verifica parametrii echipamentului si sistemul de detectie prezenta comprimat in blister conform Procedurilor Standard de Operare (PSO) si Instructiunilord de Lucru (IL) in vigoare.

· Face verificari pe fluxul de ambalare conform Dosarului de fabricatie al seriei.

· Efectueaza si alte verificari conform documentatiei interne in vigoare.

CERINTELE POSTULUI:

1.Studii :

· Studii medii (liceu sau scoala postliceala.profesionala) - chimie, industrie alimentară, asistent de farmacie.

· Preferabil experienta in activitatea de productie produse farmaceutice.

2.Experienta si cunostinte:

· Cunoaşterea utilajelor si instalatiilor aflate in exploatare.

· Cunostinte GMP si EHS.

· Cunostinte medii operare PC.

· Autorizatie ISCIR.

3.Competente si abilitati:

· Bune abilitati de manipulare a produselor; indemanare, productivitate, punctualitate;

· Rationament numeric, atentie la detalii, constiinciozitate, adaptabilitate, rigurozitate

· Persoana ordonata; spririt practic.
