In der Zentralen Stelle Verpackungsregister (ZSVR) arbeiten wir für das Ziel, die Auswirkungen von Verpackungsabfällen auf die Umwelt zu verringern. Unsere Arbeitsweise ist agil, digital und eigenverantwortlich. Wir suchen Menschen, die ein nachhaltiges Verpackungsrecycling unter fairen Wettbewerbsbedingungen mitgestalten wollen.

Zur Unterstützung und Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich IT und Prozesse suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt unbefristet in Vollzeit eine*n

Scrum Master (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

  • Moderation und Organisation der Scrum-Events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective)
  • Sicherstellung einer effizienten Durchführung der Scrum-Events sowie Unterstützung bei der strukturierten Verwaltung und Qualitätssicherung des Product Backlogs
  • Frühzeitige Identifizierung, Verfolgung und Beseitigung von Hindernissen sowie Eskalation nicht lösbarer Probleme an die zuständigen Stellen zur Sicherstellung der Sprint-Zielerreichung
  • Entwicklung, Strukturierung und Dokumentation von internen Arbeitsabläufen und Prozessen sowie Unterstützung bei der Etablierung und Einführung von diesen innerhalb der Organisation
  • Förderung eines agilen Mindsets sowie der Selbstorganisation, Verantwortungsübernahme und transparenter Kommunikation innerhalb des Teams und gegenüber Stakeholdern
  • Planung, Durchführung und Moderation von Workshops mit agilen Methoden

Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (z. B. Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar) oder eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
  • Fundierte berufliche Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie eine Zertifizierung als Scrum Master
  • Hohe organisatorische Fähigkeiten und ein ausgezeichnetes Zeitmanagement
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen und Überzeugungskraft
  • Eigenständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
